What is Phishing?
Phishing can come in many shapes and sizes. One of the most common and effective is through email. A malicious email that victims receive effectively convincing them to visit a fraudulent website, at which they are tricked into divulging sensitive information. A phishing page can be created by editing the source code for a visited website, to have you be able to retrieve information entered in, when someone interacts with that page.

What is Social Engineering?
Any act that influences a person to take an action that may or may not be in their best interest .
Phishing attacks use social engineering in emails and messages to persuade people to hand over information such as passwords or financial information, or to get them to perform certain tasks such as downloading malware or completing a wire transfer.
